Webinar: Source to sensor coupling for MEEG data
30 April 2024
CML Webinar on Source to sensor coupling for MEEG data by Dr. Alexander Maye
Abstract:
SOSEC (Source to sensor coupling) is a method to find interacting sources from
EEG and MEG data. Calcuations require a cross-spectrum and knowledge of the
lead fielf, i.e. the mapping of sources to sensors. Depending on details it is
typically hundreds of times faster than 'conventional' methods and results
turned out to be statistically more robust. I will present the methods itself
and results for simulated and empirical data. I will also demonstrate how to
make such calculations using MATLAB.
We organise the webinar as a an online lecture (Zoom details will follow). Credit Points can be obtained as usual as long as you participate for the whole duration of the talk.
Date and time: 30.04.2024 10:00, Zoom meeting. Access information will be mailed to CML/HBS members.
