Colloquium: Increasing robustness and reproducibility in network neuroscience through multiverse analysis – The Comet toolbox
5 November 2024
Colloquium by Micha Burkhardt, University of Oldenburg
Abstract:
To address this need, we introduce the Comet toolbox, an open-source Python package designed for network neuroscience, dFC, and multiverse analysis. Comet integrates a wide range of dFC methods with graph-based analysis tools, allowing researchers to explore the dynamic organization of brain networks. By incorporating multiverse analysis, Comet helps assess the robustness of network findings across different analytical paths. Built with researchers in mind, Comet features an intuitive interface and extensive demo scripts, making it easy to incorporate into diverse workflows. Our work aims to enhance transparency and generalizability in neuroimaging studies, providing a platform for rigorous exploration of brain dynamics.
